Yogurt Potatoes (Aloo Raita) Recipe

 Potatoes and Yogurt is a healthy and good for everyone who needs to take a diet, preparing this kind of healthy recipe is not that hard. Here is the recipes and the Steps to do to make the combination perfect and best taste.



Ingredients

Potatoes, lemon juice (4med.)
(1 teaspoon) of water (4c)
lightly whipped yogurt (2c)
cumin (1 tsp)
red chilli powder (1c. tsp) salt
pepper and sugar (to taste)
fresh cilantro and parsley (for garnish).

Preparation:

Aloo potatoes yogurt-in-track guarantees a frying pan, cook the potatoes in water in a saucepan over medium heat for about 15 minutes, or until boiling. Keep them cool and then peel and cut into cubes. Now put the potatoes cooked and diced, half the red pepper, cumin powder, lemon juice, salt, sugar and pepper lightly beaten curd. Mix the ricotta well all these ingredients. Add the rest of the chili powder and cumin powder to decorate cakes. Then garnish with chopped fresh coriander or parsley Raita. Keep in the refrigerator to cool. Serve cold.
