Bulanglang (Vegetables Dish in Philippines)

Bulalang is a Pinoy Dish, many people there already know how to cook it and the good and tricky thing is there's a lot of way and style. Here is my style on how to cook the Bulanglang, I will teach you how it will done easily and perfectly.




Bulanglang Ingredients:
 
1 cup of malunggay leaves

1 cup of fried tokwa cubes

1 cup of squash, cubed

1 cup of rice washing

1 cup of upo, sliced

1/2 onion, sliced

1/2 cup of sliced tomatoes

Salt to taste






Steps on How to cook Bulanglang (it is really simple just follow the following steps):

  • Mix tomatoes, onion and squash in deep sauce pan or pot.
  • Add rice washing and boil. After 5 minutes cooking, add tokwa and upo.
  • When upo is almost tender, add malunggay and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
